HANA QMS

For every team

The right screen for every role

Five kinds of users, each with exactly the pages they need. Here is what each one does, step by step, with a demo video for every role.

Customer

A number in seconds, a calm wait

Customers never sign in or install anything. They take a ticket at the front desk and always know where they stand.

  • Public pages meet WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Priority shown as a symbol only
  • Names never shown on the display
Watch the demo: Get a queue number in seconds

A customer’s visit

  1. Register

Enter a name, optionally a mobile number, and choose a service on the tablet or front-desk PC, or ask staff to do it.

  2. Get a ticket

See the queue number, estimated wait, branch and time. Print it where printing is on.

  3. Wait anywhere

Watch the display, or check status by queue number or mobile number on their own phone.

  4. Hear the call

“B018, please proceed to Counter 2” appears on screen and is announced by voice.

  5. Get served

Go to the counter. A transfer to another service keeps their original place.

Staff

One screen for the whole shift

Tellers, receptionists and service agents sign in with their own account and work from the Staff / Counter panel and the counter console.

  • Filters by counter, date, status and search
  • Waiting, Serving, Completed, Skipped and Cancelled totals
  • Pause the counter for a break
  • A clear warning if the connection drops

The counter console, step by step

  1. Choose a counter

Open the Staff / Counter panel and pick your counter. You see only the tickets it can serve.

  2. Call next

The right ticket is picked by priority, then registration time, and is shown and announced on the display.

  3. Start service

When the customer arrives, Start service starts the timer. Recall if they have not come yet.

  4. Finish or redirect

Complete, or Skip, No show, Transfer to another service or counter, or Park to serve someone else first.

  5. Register walk-ins

Register customer opens the same three steps inside the panel, with a priority class where needed.

Branch manager

See the floor, fix the queue

Supervisors responsible for one or more branches see live activity and the numbers behind it, for their own branches only.

  • Branch and date selectors
  • Queue volume by hour
  • Manage counters and services for their branch

A manager’s day

  1. Open the dashboard

Waiting, Currently serving, Completed and Average wait for today, with recent queue activity.

  2. Watch service load

Waiting count and longest current wait per service, highlighted when it passes the service’s target.

  3. Review exceptions

Queue activity shows every ticket event, such as repeated skips, with staff member and counter.

  4. Run reports

Pick a date range, counter or service, compare staff and counters, and export the table to CSV.

  5. Start clean

Close unfinished tickets from previous days so they never affect today’s numbers.

Company admin

Your setup, in your words

The organisation’s system owner configures everything under Management, and every change is recorded.

  • Plan usage at a glance
  • Deactivate instead of delete, so history is kept
