Everything included

Powerful at the counter, simple to run

Everything a busy branch needs to register, route, call and serve customers, and the controls admins and managers ask for, explained in plain words.

At a glance

Everything a busy branch needs

Built for one front desk and ready for many branches, with the controls admins and operators ask for.

  • Your brand on every screen

Company name, logo and one of 4 theme templates, applied across the kiosk, ticket, status page and display after one save.

  • Public status check

Customers look up their ticket by queue number or mobile number and see their position and estimated wait. No sign-in.

  • Multi-branch, one account

Each branch has its own queue, counters, display and numbering. Copy a setup between branches and report per branch or across all.

  • An audit trail nobody can edit

Every ticket event and admin change is stored with who, what and when. No user can edit or delete an entry.

  • Role-based access

Admin, Branch manager and Staff each see only the pages they need. Personal sign-ins make every action attributable.

  • Live notifications & email alerts

Staff see changes as they happen, and customers who leave an email can get a reminder when their turn is near.

  • Backup & restore

Download your configuration and queue data at any time, and restore after a clear warning and a typed confirmation.

  • Plan limits per company

Branches, staff, counters, displays and report history follow your plan. See usage at any time; a limit never deletes data.

  • Operator console & support sessions

Companies, plans and subscriptions are managed centrally by the platform team. Support can only enter your workspace through a logged support session that your admins can see.

Registration & tickets

Every customer gets a clear number

A branded, touch-friendly registration page for the front desk, and a ticket that tells customers everything they need.

  • Three-step registration

Customer details, choose a service, get your ticket. Large touch targets in portrait or landscape.

  • Minimal details

A name is required and a mobile number is optional, validated only if given.

  • Readable queue numbers

The service prefix plus a running number, such as A027, never reused on the same day.

  • Honest wait estimates

In whole minutes, recalculated as the queue moves, and worded as guidance rather than a promise.

  • Printed tickets

Optional compact tickets for standard receipt printers, using the browser print function.

  • Status by phone

Customers check status, position and estimated wait by queue number or mobile number, with no sign-in.

  • Walk-ins at the desk

Staff register customers with the same steps, choose the branch and a priority class, and are warned about duplicates.

  • Daily limits & closed branches

Registration for a service closes at its daily limit; a closed branch shows a clear message.

Counter operations

Fast, consistent service at every counter

Staff work from one panel: today’s registrations, their counter’s queue and every action, one click each.

  • Call, recall, start, complete

The core loop of every counter, with a running service timer.

  • Skip & no show

Skipped tickets stay recallable for a set time, 30 minutes by default, then become No show.

  • Transfer without losing a place

Move a ticket to another service or counter; it keeps its number and original registration time.

  • Park & resume

Hold a ticket to serve someone else; any counter for that service can resume it.

  • One ticket, one counter

A counter serves one customer at a time, and two counters can never take the same ticket.

  • Staff / Counter panel

Filters by counter, date, status and search, with live totals and a connection indicator.

  • End-of-day hygiene

Unfinished tickets from previous days are flagged and closed in one action.

  • Breaks

Pause a counter so it is skipped by routing and shown as Paused on the display.

Routing & priority

The right customer, in the right order

Clear calling rules that staff never have to think about, and priority that is fair to everyone.

  • Counter-based routing

Each counter serves one service, several services or all of them.

  • Skill-based routing

Tickets go to the staff member best skilled for the service, on a scale of 1 to 5.

  • Predictable order

Priority rank first, then the earliest registration time, across a counter’s services.

  • Priority classes

Senior citizen, PWD, Pregnant or your own, in your rank order, shown on screens as a symbol only.

  • Fairness rule

For example, one standard call after every three priority calls.

  • Self-selected priority

Optionally let customers pick a priority class on the public registration page.

Display & announcements

A waiting-room screen that calls for you

A full-screen page for any TV or monitor, opened once with the branch’s display link.

  • Now serving

The latest call in very large type, made to be read from across the room on a 16:9 screen.

  • Up next & service strip

The next tickets with their counters, and a card per service with its waiting count.

  • Chime and voice

“A025, please proceed to Counter 3” for every call and recall, with volume and mute settings.

  • Videos & messages

Your videos play in a loop and pause for each call; announcements scroll along the bottom.

  • Several screens

Separate displays per branch, optionally limited to selected services or counters.

  • Self-healing

Refreshes every 5 seconds by default and keeps the last known state while reconnecting.

Reports & insights

Numbers that always agree

A live dashboard for today and reports for any range, using the same definitions everywhere.

  • Today at a glance

Waiting, currently serving, completed and average wait, with the latest queue activity.

  • Service load vs targets

Waiting count and longest current wait per service, highlighted when over target.

  • Summary for any range

Total queues, served, skipped, cancelled, average service time and busiest hour.

  • Compare people and counters

Per-counter and per-staff tickets served, average and longest service time.

  • Per-service view

Volume, average wait, average service time and the share of tickets over target.

  • CSV export

Export exactly the table you see, with the filters recorded in the audit log.

Notifications

The right people hear about it

Live updates on every screen, a notification bell for staff, and emails for the moments that matter.

  • Live updates

Consoles, the panel, the dashboard and the display update as tickets move, without reloading.

  • Notification bell

Staff and admins see new events in the app, such as announcements from the platform team.

  • Email alerts for admins

An email when an account is locked after failed sign-ins, and when a backup or restore finishes.

  • Customer reminders

Optional: customers who leave an email are told when their turn is near and when they are called.

Multi-branch

One account, every branch

Each branch is its own queue, with its own services, counters, display and numbering, all under one company.

  • Branches with opening hours

Add, edit and deactivate branches with name, address and opening hours.

  • Copy a setup

Copy a service and counter set from one branch to another.

  • Branch-scoped staff

Staff are assigned to one or more branches and only see those.

  • Per-branch or consolidated reports

Report on one branch or all of them, with a branch selector on the dashboard.

  • Simple for single sites

A company with one branch never sees branch controls.

Administration & security

In your control, on your terms

Company admins configure everything themselves, and every change leaves a trail.

  • Services & counters

Prefixes, descriptions, waiting-time targets, daily limits, and the services each counter handles.

  • Staff accounts

Access levels, temporary passwords shown once, and deactivation that keeps history.

  • Branding & themes

Company and application name, logo and 4 theme templates, with a live preview.

  • Public pages

Printing, the status page, a privacy notice and customer email reminders, each on or off.

  • Account security

Password rules, session timeout and sign-in lock settings.

  • Backups & audit

Download and restore backups, and an activity history nobody can edit.

Plans & limits

Clear limits, no surprises

Every plan is a set of entitlements. You always see your usage, and reaching a limit never deletes anything.

  • What a plan covers

Branches, staff accounts, counters and services per branch, displays, display videos, priority rules, report history and CSV export.

  • Usage at a glance

Company admins see their plan, each entitlement and how much of it is used.

  • Plain-language limits

Adding beyond a limit is blocked with a message that explains the limit and the upgrade path.

  • Instant upgrades

Upgrades apply immediately; a downgrade says exactly what is over the lower plan’s limits.

  • Temporary overrides

The platform team can grant an extra allowance for a set period, with a reason.
