Product overview
A touch-friendly page for the front-desk tablet or PC, branded with your logo and name.
How it works
The page is opened once on the front-desk device from your company’s registration link. Each ticket takes the next number for its service, and the estimate is worked out from the tickets ahead, the service’s average handling time and the counters serving it.
The working screen for each counter: the current ticket, its timer, the waiting list and every action.
How it works
Staff choose their counter in the Staff / Counter panel and see only the tickets that counter can serve. Call next picks by priority, then by registration time, and every click is saved with who, which counter and when.
Choose how tickets reach your staff, and who goes first, without writing a single rule by hand.
How it works
Routing lives under Settings, Queue & routing. A ticket is offered to every active counter that handles its service; when a counter calls, the system picks its next ticket by priority rank, then the earliest registration.
A full-screen browser page for any TV or monitor. No sign-in once it is opened with the branch’s display link.
How it works
Open the branch’s display link on any TV browser or small PC and leave it. Logo, theme, messages and videos come from Settings, and every call from a counter appears within one refresh.
A one-screen view of today, and reports that use the same definitions everywhere, so numbers always agree.
How it works
Every number comes from the same ticket events, using one set of definitions: waiting time runs from registration to the first call, service time from Start service to Complete.
Smart routing
Choose how tickets reach your staff and who goes first. Everything is a setting under Queue & routing; nobody writes rules by hand.
| Aspect | Counter-based routing | Skill-based routing |
|---|---|---|
| How a ticket finds a counter | Counter-based:Offered to every active counter assigned to its service. The first counter to call it takes it. | Skill-based:Offered to the staff members who have the skill for its service, preferring the highest skill level. |
| What you set up | Counter-based:Each counter’s services: one, several or All services. | Skill-based:A skill level from 1 to 5 for each staff member and service. |
| Best for | Counter-based:Windows dedicated to one task, such as a cashier or a laboratory window. | Skill-based:Teams where some people handle complex cases, such as loans or new accounts. |
| Calling order | Counter-based:Priority rank first, then the earliest registration across the counter’s services. | Skill-based:Priority rank first, then the earliest registration, among the tickets the person is skilled for. |
Give each person a level per service. With skill-based routing, a ticket goes to the most skilled available person first.
Define classes and their rank. Staff choose the class at registration, and screens show a symbol only, never the reason.
Priority never starves everyone else. With “after every 3 priority calls, call 1 standard ticket”, the counter calls:
A027 registered first but is standard, so it is called fourth.
How it works
From the front door to the counter, every customer knows where they stand and every staff member knows who is next.
On the front-desk tablet or PC: their name, an optional mobile number, then the service they need.
One click on Call next picks the next ticket by priority, then by registration time, for that counter’s services.
The waiting-room screen shows and announces “B018, please proceed to Counter 2” the moment staff call it.
Rollout
No installation and no waiting on a vendor. A company admin can take a branch from empty to its first called ticket in four steps.
Add each reason people visit, with a short prefix that starts its queue numbers and an optional waiting-time target.
Create your service desks and assign each one a single service, several services or all of them.
Give every team member a personal sign-in. Each gets a temporary password, shown once, to change at first sign-in.
Open the registration page on a tablet and the display link on the waiting-room TV, then run a test queue.
